@@MVN05 Yes, he's a penalty box striker.A good manager would tell him stay within the width of the penalty box and don't go more than 15 yards away from it towards midfield and have the other players do the donkey work and dropping deep, but Xavi seem to want to have him dropping into midfield all the time.Xavi had the ultimate number 9 at his disposal but was asking him to play as a false 9.

Like in any game, confidence is necessary in order for team to have chances of advance and win. This team naturally cannot exhibit any confidence after such humiliations against Bilbao and Villarreal. Even though we all have respect for Xavi and his incredible contribution to this team, both as a player and as a coach - he surely has either to make some great changes in the way his players think or to simply go. These players are distanced from traditional Barca philosophy.

There was no regret when Barcelona loose to Madrid, Gundugun shared he's thought on the players Xavi said it's because this is Spain football and Gundu is a German. It has hurt the club since then.
